Robert (35), farm labourer & his wife Elizabeth (36) were f ound in the 1861 Census living in Eaves Cottage in Woodplum pton together with their children John (4), Ann (2), and Ag nes (2 months).

Ann (22) and her sister Agnes (20), both dairymaids, were f ound in the 1881 Census at their brother John's (24) farm ( Woolfalls Farm) in Kirkham, Lancs. By the 1991 Census Agne s (30) had married James Walmsley (29) of Gerrard Hall, Hai ghton. Their first child Elizabeth (4 months) was with them . Also living with them in her own rooms was Agnes' siste r Ann (32), who was still single.
